BioExos provides technical consultancy services, material resistance audits, and the implementation of external protective structures (industrial exoskeletons) intended for heavy technological equipment. Services include structural assessments, technical risk analyses, and operational cost optimization.
The Client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding the mechanical assets under analysis. BioExos undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, in accordance with applicable technical standards. Any technical recommendation is based on the data provided and does not constitute an implied guarantee of performance.
BioExos cannot be held liable for indirect damages, production losses, or business interruptions resulting from the application of technical recommendations. The total liability of BioExos for any claim is limited to the value of services provided in the last 12 months.
Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with a 30-day written notice. In the event of failure to fulfill financial obligations or the provision of false information, BioExos reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without penalty.
BioExos reserves the right to modify these terms with a 15-day prior notice. Continued use of the services after modifications implies acceptance of the new conditions. The updated version will be available on this page.
